My friend created this video using his DSLR. A great piece of work that shows what is available now to photographers when it comes to video capability. Shot with a Nikon D7000.

My favorite show on TV, Good Eats, is being cancelled. It’s been a staple on the Food Network for quite some time with some spotty broadcasting by Food Network Canada (stop changing the broadcast time!). Still, I got the cookbooks at Christmas and there will always be reruns!

Not a lot of iPhone games are free. This is a category that has really embraced the pay model of the app store. I wish iPhone apps allowed trial periods so you can determine if it’s any good. Nevertheless most quality games are paid and very few good games are free. Beyond Ynth is a great free game. It’s puzzle-based and quite fun. It’s free! So download and try it. There is an HD version too for iPads and iPhone 4.

Update: Turns out this game is not free, it was just a one-day special they had over the weekend. It’s $2.

This is not “Snow” which is sometimes called “Hey Oh”. This is simply “Hey” and the best track on Stadium Arcadium.
