The Star’s term, not mine, for the concotion of self-made iced latte at Starbucks. The “recipe” is below:

You could order one from the counter, and pay nearly $4 for a mix of espresso, ice and half-and-half cream.

Then again, you could simply order an espresso on ice, pay less than $2, head to the condiment table and fill up the cup with half-and-half yourself
