Wow, I can’t believe I just found this site. It’s aimed at food bloggers everywhere and acts like a Flickr pool. Photos are submitted by users and linked to their original food blog post. Very interesting, I’m going to have to submit some of my recipes to FoodGawker. Picture above is a lamb rack I prepared last weekend.

I wanted to update the Knife Skills post from a few days back with this video. Here my friend Roger shows some basics, check it out:

Roger is chef at Kulura and Nyood, two must-visit restaurants in Toronto.  He also hosts Everyday Exotic on the Food Network. He’s a busy man! I just noticed he had quite a few video blogs set up and are worth a view.

However today I noticed that Inside Line compiled 10 tips and they’re written very well – probably better than what I wrote. Here are their ten tips, but I encourage you to read the full text in their article.

Tip #1: Always Be Ready To Walk Away

Tip #2: Shop for the Money Before Shopping for the Car

Tip #3: Research the Car

Tip #4: Research the Price

Tip #5: Know Your Car Insurance

Tip #6: Make Your Test-Drive Count

Tip #7: Negotiate Price: Not Payments and Not Your Trade-In

Tip #8: Negotiate Your Trade-In

Tip #9: Be Ready To Deal With the F&I Guy

Tip #10: Don’t Second-Guess

This weekend there was the American Le Mans Series at Mosport. My friend Mike took some great shots of both the practice and races this weekend. Two excellent shots from this weekend are posted below. I really like the one he caught in a small patch of fog that rolled in on practice day.
