I’ve been following this Urban Toronto forum thread for some time now. There’s a bunch of people speculating that the 1 Bloor project is in some financing trouble and about to be cancelled. I’m not sure what the deal is, but anonymous posting on Internet forums doesn’t give a lot of credibility to the information. Then again, Bazis the developer is from Kazakhstan (of Borat fame).
