Check out this video of a MASSIVE explosion in Toronto. For the last few nights, I’ve slept with the window open because it’s been cooler outside. In the middle of the night, i heard in my sleep what sounded like an explosion. My first thought was “that didn’t sound like thunder”. The sound had a very low bass sound that sounded very weird and i bolted up in bed.
I thought, naw – it can’t be anything huge and I don’t hear any sirens. It must be in thunder. I dozed off but reheard the same sound, only quieter. This time i went to the windows. Unfortunately I am on a low floor and can’t see anything but i strained to see the sky and thought I saw flickering lights in the clouds above but with such a restricted view, I really couldn’t see anything. I was concerned enough to turn on the news but nothing was on.
I remember thinking of the time it sounds like an airstrike. Not that I knew what that would sound like but maybe i’ve played too many videogames. Plus, it’s 4am and it’s not like my thinking was really sharp.
After a half an hour, I went back to sleep. As soon as I woke up this morning I checked the news and found this video. Incredible!!
